Terms and Conditions — 99ab Platform Rules

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 99ab you must be a natural person aged 18 or over. By completing the registration process you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 99ab reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be provided.

You may only hold one account on 99ab. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure along with forfeiture of any balance. Accounts are personal to you; they are not transferable to any other individual.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, a working mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach that entitles 99ab to close your account without notice and without return of any funds.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.

2. Account Rules & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 99ab support immediately. 99ab will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

99ab reserves the right to temporarily lock or permanently close an account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected. Where an account is locked pending investigation, 99ab will contact you at the registered email address to guide you through the verification process.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 99ab are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as indicated in the cashier at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 99ab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 99ab in the order they are received. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed on the same business day. Raast transfers and bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account cashier.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that belongs to you — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 99ab reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance includes uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or a technical fault causes an incorrect credit to your account, 99ab reserves the right to reverse the transaction once the error is identified and confirmed, regardless of whether funds have been used in gameplay.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 99ab — whether on casino games, live casino tables, cricket markets, PSL fixtures, football, esports or any other offered market — are subject to the specific rules of that game or market as displayed within the platform at the time the bet is placed.

Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet modification feature for a particular market. The outcome of random number generator (RNG) based games, including slots and virtual table games, is determined by certified algorithms and is not influenced by any action of 99ab staff or any other party.

For sports betting markets including cricket, PSL and football:

• Markets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules specific to that market as shown in the betting section.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to be settled before the full payout is confirmed.
• 99ab reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed before you place your bet and may be updated by 99ab at any time. Changes to bet limits do not affect bets that have already been accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time 99ab offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions and other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR cash. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and timeframe for completion are stated on each promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• 99ab reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time and to adjust the terms of active promotions where required.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

99ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. You are responsible for managing the amount of time and PKR you spend on the platform.

Tools available to help you manage your gaming activity include deposit limits, session time reminders and the ability to self-exclude from the platform for a defined period. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 99ab and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will be removed from your account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 99ab to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.
• Registering using false identity information or documents.
• Using any VPN, proxy or other technical means to disguise your actual location where this is done in violation of these terms.

Where 99ab has reasonable grounds to suspect that prohibited conduct has occurred, the platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct an investigation before making any payment decisions. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99ab platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text and software — is the property of 99ab or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose of entertainment and wagering only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the 99ab platform without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining or any automated collection of data from the platform is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

99ab provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be entirely free from errors or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Any interruption, delay or failure of the platform or any part of it.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by genuine technical faults — such outcomes will be voided and stakes returned.
• Losses sustained as a result of your own decisions in gameplay or betting.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting 99ab support. On closure, any real money balance remaining in your account after the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method in PKR, subject to completion of any required verification steps.

99ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 99ab has reason to believe you are engaged in fraudulent, illegal or prohibited conduct.
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's inactive account policy.
• 99ab is required to do so to comply with any applicable legal obligation.

Where an account is closed by 99ab due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. 99ab will notify you of the closure and the reason at the registered email address where possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

99ab reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated.

Your continued use of 99ab after any changes have been notified and taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
